Why Must We Play The Game

Love, why do we play the game,
when it is over we feel the heartache and pain.
To some it is just game,
some think if  a man's heart is soft,
then he is lame,
oh love, why do we play the game.
When it is over we feel ashamed,
and swear never to love again
then turn around and love again.
