Its
Not Right
It’s
not right
nothing
is the way it used to be.
They
say freedom is not free,
but
is death
for
death
a
real liberty.
The
insanity ,
of
humanity
lies
with in Guns and bombs
killing
fathers and sons.
Leaving
mothers and wives,
with
shattered lives.
Destruction
and chaos,
illustrating
a world lost.
While
politicians lie,
so
many men die
in
the hands of combat,
or
never comeback.
Or
if they do,
they
are someone new.
Although
they are forever changed,
people
who are not grateful look at them strange.
So
is freedom not free?
Not
to me,
I
guess that is sad to be true,
but
in context they lie to you.
Yet
if a man is to die for his country,
it
is seen as a act of valor.
But
when war is fought over dollars
is
that right,
not
in my eyesight.
And
not at the blood spilled scenes at hindsight,
But to have peace,
without
blood shed
Is
right.
But
blood for blood,
is
a soldier’s plight,
still
to me its not right.
